Welcome to Little Field Farms. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.loomislittlefieldfarms.com and to reservations, field trips, group visits, seasonal farm visits, activities, purchases, payments, merchandise orders, and other products or services offered by Little Field Farms (“Little Field Farms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, visiting the farm, making a reservation, purchasing admission or products, submitting a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to Little Field Farms, including learning about the farm, planning a visit, making inquiries or reservations, booking field trips, and purchasing products when available.

- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Copy or misuse website content in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website at any time.
2. Farm Visits and Seasonal Operations
Little Field Farms is a seasonal, outdoor agricultural business. Hours, activities, products, attractions, and availability may vary throughout the year.
Depending on the season, Little Field Farms may offer:
- School field trips
- Group visits
- Weekend and family visits
- Seasonal farm activities and attractions
- Pumpkins
- Mandarins and other produce
- Wreaths and holiday greenery
- Seasonal decorations and holiday items
- Gifts, apparel, souvenirs, and other merchandise
- Special events or other seasonal offerings
Farm hours, available products, attractions, and activities may change because of weather, crop conditions, inventory, staffing, safety considerations, or other operational circumstances.
We encourage visitors to check current information before visiting.
3. Admission, Tickets, and Activities
Certain farm activities, events, or seasonal visits may require admission, tickets, reservations, or advance payment.
Any prices, dates, times, restrictions, or special terms applicable to an admission or activity will be presented at the time of purchase or reservation where applicable.
Admission or payment for one activity does not necessarily include access to all farm activities, products, or special events.
Little Field Farms may limit attendance, capacity, or participation when reasonably necessary for safety, operations, or visitor experience.
4. Field Trips and Group Reservations
School field trips and certain group visits require advance reservations.
Reservation availability is subject to Little Field Farms' schedule, capacity, seasonal conditions, and availability.
A reservation is not considered confirmed until all required booking information has been submitted and the required down payment has been received.
Unless different written terms are presented during booking:
- A 50% down payment is required to reserve the selected date.
- The down payment is non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations, except where otherwise stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- The remaining balance is due by the day of the field trip. Payment on the day of the event must be cash, credit card or electronic payment. No checks will be accepted the day of.
- Final attendance information is due five (5) business days before arrival.
- Attendance may not exceed the maximum permitted for the reservation.
Additional requirements may be included in the Field Trip Agreement or group agreement presented during booking.
By accepting an agreement electronically, the person making the reservation represents that they are authorized to accept it on behalf of the school, organization, group, or other party making the reservation.
5. Weather, Closures, and Changes in Operations
Because Little Field Farms is an outdoor agricultural venue, weather and farm conditions may affect operations.
Little Field Farms may cancel, close, delay, modify, relocate, or discontinue an activity, reservation, event, attraction, or portion of the farm when we determine that weather, unsafe conditions, crop conditions, emergencies, staffing issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary or advisable.
For school field trips, if Little Field Farms cancels the scheduled field trip because of weather, the reservation deposit will be refunded. A weather-related cancellation decision may be made as late as one hour before the scheduled event.
Any other amounts already paid will be handled according to the applicable Field Trip Agreement, booking terms, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For general farm visits, seasonal activities, or special events, refund or rescheduling eligibility will depend on the terms presented for that particular admission, event, or purchase.
Little Field Farms is not responsible for travel costs, transportation expenses, lodging, lost time, or other expenses incurred because of weather, farm closures, or schedule changes.
6. Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact Little Field Farms as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the 50% school field-trip down payment is non-refundable when the school, organization, group, or customer chooses to cancel.
Refund or rescheduling eligibility for other reservations, activities, admissions, or events will depend on the terms presented at the time of purchase or reservation and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe for certain online transactions and Square for certain in-person or other transactions.
By submitting a payment, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The information you provide is accurate.
- You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount presented to you.
Payment processing is also subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.
Little Field Farms does not directly store complete payment card numbers.
8. Farm Products and Retail Purchases
Little Field Farms may sell products at the farm, online, or through other approved sales channels.
Products may include:
- Pumpkins
- Mandarins and other produce
- Wreaths and holiday greenery
- Seasonal decorations
- Gifts and souvenirs
- Apparel
- Farm-branded merchandise
- Other seasonal or agricultural products
Product availability and pricing may change throughout the season.
Agricultural products naturally vary in size, color, shape, appearance, texture, ripeness, flavor, and other characteristics. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Seasonal and agricultural products are available only while supplies last.
9. Pumpkins, Produce, and Other Perishable Products
Certain products sold by Little Field Farms, including pumpkins, mandarins, other produce, plants, fresh greenery, food-related items, or other agricultural products, may be perishable.
Customers should inspect perishable items at the time of purchase and follow appropriate storage and handling practices.
Because of the nature of these products, returns or refunds may be limited except where an item is defective, spoiled at the time of purchase, incorrectly provided, or otherwise eligible for a refund under applicable law.
If you experience a problem with a pumpkin, produce item, or other perishable product, please contact Little Field Farms promptly so we can review the issue.
10. Merchandise and Online Store
Little Field Farms may offer merchandise or other products for purchase through its website.
Certain products may be produced or shipped by third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment providers.
Product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, sizing, and other representations are intended to be reasonably accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully processed.
11. Shipping and Fulfillment
When products are available for online purchase, shipping methods, destinations, charges, and estimated delivery information will be provided during the ordering process where applicable.
Some products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, or shipped by third-party fulfillment providers.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Delays may result from carrier issues, weather, seasonal demand, supply availability, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
12. Merchandise Returns
Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
Made-to-order or print-on-demand merchandise generally may not be returned solely because a customer changes their mind unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Little Field Farms promptly with your order information and, when requested, photographs of the problem.
We may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Additional return terms may be provided for specific products.
13. Farm Rules and Visitor Conduct
All visitors are expected to follow posted farm rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, and activity restrictions.
Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.
Visitors may not engage in conduct that:
- Creates an unreasonable safety risk
- Damages crops, pumpkins, trees, plants, animals, equipment, buildings, merchandise, or other farm property
- Interferes with employees or other visitors
- Enters restricted or closed areas
- Violates posted rules or staff instructions
- Violates applicable law
Little Field Farms may require a visitor or group to leave the property for unsafe, disruptive, destructive, threatening, or unlawful conduct.
14. Outdoor and Agricultural Environment
Little Field Farms is an outdoor agricultural environment.
Visitors may encounter conditions including:
- Uneven or unpaved ground
- Dirt, dust, mud, or standing water
- Plants, trees, branches, pumpkins, crops, and agricultural materials
- Insects and wildlife
- Weather and temperature changes
- Farm equipment
- Agricultural operations
- Natural and seasonal hazards
Visitors are responsible for using reasonable care, following posted instructions, wearing appropriate footwear and clothing, and supervising children in their care.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
15. Children, Families, and School Groups
Little Field Farms welcomes families, children, school groups, and youth organizations.
Parents, guardians, teachers, chaperones, and group leaders remain responsible for appropriately supervising children in their care.
School representatives and group leaders must follow any supervision requirements contained in their reservation or Field Trip Agreement.
16. Photography and Personal Belongings
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings while on the farm.
Little Field Farms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Visitors should respect other guests when taking photographs or videos and should not interfere with farm operations, employees, or other visitors.
Commercial photography or organized professional photo sessions may require prior permission.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, and other materials is owned by or licensed to Little Field Farms and may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use this content without permission except as allowed by law.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services including payment processors, ecommerce systems, reservation platforms, social media services, fulfillment companies, and shipping providers.
Little Field Farms is not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, security, content, or independent actions of third-party services.
19. Errors and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but typographical errors, scheduling errors, pricing errors, inventory errors, technical issues, or product availability changes may occasionally occur.
If we discover a material error relating to a transaction, reservation, or purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little Field Farms will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting solely from use of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
21. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
22. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, admissions, merchandise returns, product issues, and related matters are also governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a specific Field Trip Agreement, event term, ticket condition, or product-specific term conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the more specific term applicable to the transaction will control to the extent of the conflict.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, website, farm activities, products, services, or applicable requirements.
The Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
